Good morning to you all. Today is the first day of summer break for my younger brother. I thought that we should do something fun the two of us so at 9 am we went to the stable. This was how ever not his fist choose of summer activity but he took hes camera with him and he took some really good photos.

Here we have the beautiful Penny Lane that I ride when to owner works. I had Penny for a summer years back and now she is 22 and let me tell you she is as spirited as ever. How ever I ride a bit calmer with her now. Any how my 10 year old brother took this photos with any old 4 mega pixel camera, not to shabby ;).

The Shetlands pony Simsson was not in the mood for any type of work this early in the morning. And how can blame him? It was really nice summer weather (even for Sweden) and laying their next to the lake, I wouldn´t got up either.

So I got a bit impulsive yesterday and asked my friend if she wanted to go with my to the zoo. And she did. So we did. ha ha ha. Well any how it was a really nice day with beautiful weather and we got to see all of the animals even the wolfs. If you ever are in Sweden then Borås Zoo is a most to visit, and I don´t just say this because I grew up i Borås and been in the zoo more times then I can count. It´s a really good place for the animals and they are treated really well. And they have a baby elephant now!

Day 7 is fruit:

Just thought I would show you my hair for today. Sens I have rater long and thick hair I like to find new ways to wear up. Just so you know I have 4 bobby pins in. 4! The basics of it is really simple, make a french braid around your head and when you run out of hair keep braiding as usually and then pin the braid down along side the french braid. Super easy and looks quite cute.

It´s day 5 and here is todays pic, "from a high angle". And as you can see the pretty dog is of course our very own Kerstin.

Here in Sweden we had mothers day today witch meant we first eat a calm breakfast with my mom, then we went to my dads mom for 11" coffee and then dinner at my moms mom. Allot of moms here. But I was nice to see them with out all of my family. don´t get me wrong here, I love my crazy family but on my dads side they are four brothers and they all have a wife/ girlfriends and there are nine children, me included. So you can see how it´s nice to meet with my grandmother with just me, my brother and my parents. My other grandmother on the other hand is not just to that type of family gathering because she only have two "children" my mom and my aunt.  

So now it´s nine o'clock and I´m beat. Think I´m just going to read a little about horse feed and go to bed.  Tomorrow me and my old roommates are going back to school to practice a bit more before the big test on Tuesday. And don´t forget tomorrows pic is "from a low angle" ;)

So it´s day 4 and here is something green. Tomorrow is "from a high angle". Best to start to think about it now ;).

So today has been a bit of a moth full, in a good way. First I went to my old school to practise a bit before the horse grooming test. This is Bohun and as you can see he looks extra beautiful today ;) . I just did some basic grooming, like the kind you do before a show. And then I did some lunging. Overall it went great and I´m glad I took the time to go back.

But the best part of the day was that we have had a new baby calf. It´s quit amazing that someday start out just as a normal day and end with so much more....
