Welcome to our website !
Finally Friday! The layout is not really what you would call "Julia-style" but I so like it! So I decided to try out something new. Started whit just a white cardstock and paint. I wanted that clean-messy look with an edge. So I want to town with my metal  thing and copper embossing-powder.
I mixed some prima gears and some round things from my grandpas tool box.
Love this Prima lamp, the dark teal and copper works great together.
I did some journaling (!) on pieces on masking tape, you can´t really read it but I like it.

The other day my brother bought new Nike shoes and as someone with true scraper-mania, I took the box!
Of with his head!!... or in this case the lid.
Paint the boxes white!!, especially the edges.
Pretty papers and what kind of project wold this be if it didn´t have book-pages?!
The book-pages are on the inside to keep the flaps down and make it more... Better
 Add some cute stuff
By now you all know that I love pearls and I have a hole box of this tiny, in ones so I glued them on one by one. That took a bit of time but lets call in therapy and then I´m a multitask-er.
Butterfly out of grunge board with a pen nib.
This shoe-box is the perfect size for 6*6 pads, 2 fit next to each other and then I have a 8*8 in the back and ATC size in  the front.
I´m so happy how perfect this turned out! At lest Nike can make really good boxes ;)

Last week I got my order from ciliinpapers where I had order a true mini-mini haul. Only 3 things and all in mini format. The "Heat it" tool I have had my eyes on for years and if you, like me, live in Sweden you know it´s not easy to get your hands on one. But finally I have one! I also now have a tiny glossy accent (the same size as a stickels) and a 6*6 Heidi Swapp stencil. I love that pattern but as you can see the stencil is uneven, it raise in the middle, witch makes misting a bit... not good.

This means that my old heat-gun can finally retire! Now the last months it has been smoking and nearly bursting out in flames. Luckily I got the new one in time. And just so you can see the tiny difference between them.

The Ranger one is super small, tiny and really quiet. And embossing goes faster with this baby then my old industrial one, that had 2 setting...

So if you are looking for a new heat-gun check out the ranger "heat it"

HI! Today I´m sharing a older mixed media piece. "3 Houses" are one of my all time favorite paintings I have done. I started of with a A4 chipboard and then the houses are different papers. The first house is a patterned paper, the second is old book-pages and the third is a scrap-paper (used to protect my desk from paints and spry). More patterned papers for the doors, windows and roofs. Then I have used a black marker, letter stamps, brad, nail-polish, liquid pearls, water crayons, flower, pearls and bling.

New video!

If you follow me on instagram you know I have been working on a mini album with Pion Design´s new paper line: "My Precious Daughter" . This collection is so perfect, first of all it has my absolute favorite colors and flower! Seconded, they just think of it all, having 12*12, 6*6*, and ATC sizes.

For this project I got the 6*6 papers and the Memory Notes.
The 6*6 are perfect for making mini albums, as you can see here the papers are 12*12 with 4 6*6. Some of them are simple, patterned, framed or has cut-outs.

The 4*6 I used for pockets and journaling-spots/ photomats.
The 4*3 I used for tags, journaling-spots and I made 2 doubble sided by cutting them as a 6*4 and then fold them in half.

Now here are ALLOT of photos of the mini album:

I´m so in love with this mini and if you want to see how it all came together; check out this video

Hello guess what day it is.. It´s a Make-It-Easy-Day!! and of course I have I card to show you. This card I made for my friend´s 20th birthday and as you might guess, she loves dogs. The stamp is from whimsy stamp and is called "Puppy Love" and I colored the puppy with my distress markers. The card base is black textured cardstock, all of the papers are mated on it. The papers are prima "introspection" 6x6 pad. When working with a pad it´s very easy to put a card, like this, together because you know all of the papers go together.

So here are the 3 things about this card:
1. papers that goes together
2. black cardstock that ties it all together
3. a super cute stamp colored with a colored that comes again in the paper (in this case; "picked raspberry")

Another thing I did was when mating the stamp, make it in to a Polaroid. So I could wright a message in a white gel pen.
