This has to be one of my favorite project of the year! But when working on a bigger project something has to go wrong, that is a rule and in my case my printer died half way in. How ever I had a system in place so when I got a new one, after Christmas I sat down for a day and it was all done!

Day 30 & December Intro
On the postcard I just wrote about why I do these albums and what has changed from the last year.
On the back of the calendar I just added a watercolor & gouache sketch and then day 1
Day 2 and 3 whit a "Home Alone" theme.
Day 4 we celebrated my cousin turning 13.

What a week! and not in a good way, more like no voice to speak and blow my nose every five minutes... But luckily the worst is over, I think I gave the bug to dad... Next week we'll finish our current course and let´s say I have some catching up to do after last week.
But today is the First Advent and in our house that is when we put out all the pretty lights and hang the Christmas curtains. No other decoration intill the 23 of December.
Even my studio got some Christmas cheer.

This is the best part of december, the lights. When it's dark at 3 these lights are really magical!

When doing a Christmas project there is no such thing as "too much" and I just love these projecs when I get let go have just have fun! So today I return to my orign to show how I made this vintage-shabby chic home decor project!!
