Here are a few of the pages, the photos are awful but not much to do about that living in winter Sweden...
The first month of the year is over and my insert is done. I did quite a few layouts and I'm really happy whit how it turned out and it was really fun to make the pages.
When I sat down yesterday to make my TN insert for February I thought that I could put together a little kit for the month. Just the lest over paper from the book, some stickers and a stamp set. Just a few thing that are pretty and that will provide a starting point. I don't know how much I will use it but now I'm really exited to start!!
This year I have plan to do more scrapbooking or memory-keeping in my monthly TN insert. Since June I have made an insert per month and I really like having these little books. Now I plan to do more playing inside! Here you can see my January travelersnotebook insert
Here is a page I did in the beginning of January of a afternoon walk using some cute stickers from NinjaWashi and Crate Paper "Snow & Cocoa"
I really like to scrapbook in this size and the fun and easy. Just add photo, some notes and cute stickers!

You know have we all think through our lives at the new years and deiced to do some things differently... I planed to do more scrapbooking in smaller format, 12x12 album are just huge... And what it the first page I do this year? Well I love how it looks so I suppose it's alright...
It's so fun to work with a winter line how has such fun and bright colors! Here in Sweden winter is grey, grey and in best case white but mostly grey...
Wiola just loves the winter and I hade to scrap this photo of her full of snow!
This year I have signed up for Ali Edwards One Little Word class. I have a word that I like and I think is what I need right now. I'm so happy with this word and ready to work with it. Brave for me is not only jumping out of planes or riding wild horses (I think I'd rather do the first one...) but I want to be more brave in my everyday. I want to be brave a Tuesday afternoon, picking a new restaurant or painting something I can't (that I have told myself I can't paint)
Here is look at the first pages I have done with the prompts from Ali:
It's here! The new year! Time to get organized after the holidays, honesty I had totalt forgotten what day today is, good i checked because I have school tomorrow...
The stamps I used in this insert are:
Amy Tan Roller Better Togeher
Papier Projekt Elchendorff
Paper Projekt Rilke stamp set
I like to do my insert per month and I have found that I like to have a month on a spread, then a week on a spread and the rest of the book for som memory-keeping or scrapbooking. This year I will do more scrapbooking in my monthly inserts instead of 12x12. Let's see how the goes but for now, that is the plan.
I started with the colors, inspired by a super cute sticker sheet from Ninja Washi on Etzy.

-Last I sheared a post about my reading-insert, where I document what books I've read and what I thought of them.
I hardly ever scrapbook about others but when even I saw the "cool kid" line by Crate Paper I knew I wanted to make an album about my brother for Christmas. I really wanted to give him this, an album that captures him as a 13 year old and hopefully its something that he can look back on. How he looked this year and what he liked.
I have tried to add in some random photos but also making some pages about events, like his vacation to Kreta. A few pages about school and his favorite topics.
In the book I have written subjects on 3x4 card and than he has written in the answers. I have tried to add as much as I can of the teen-boy-stuff and what I know he likes.

I'm so happy whit how this album turned out, the mix of pockets and open pages. That I have his voice in here is by far the best thing!
