                                                        *Process video!*

Hello happy Tuesday everybody! I hope you have had a great weekend and feel ready to take on this week.
I thought, sens it´s Tuesday, I´d sheer my project life week 34 with you.

So here is my process for right now. One layout for MY week and one layout for the puppies. I want to have them in my album (I´m making a mini PL album for my mom) but I don´t want to have them in MY week. I want their pages so all of the focus is on them.
So here is my week 34. As you can see I mix black & white with color, corner with rounded edges and "pretty" photos with Iphone photos. I´m just happy I´m getting it in the album.

I keeped it rather clean, just washi-tape, letter sticker and resins/ wood veneers.
The PL cards I used are from DIY value Kit and the 4x6 are from my own Blush mini kit
Same thought with the puppies week 5 page. Here are all the cards from the DIY value kit and then some letter stickers and Studio Calico wood veneers.

This photos I desaturated quite allot. This room is pine and that gets really orange on camera (depending on what time it is) so to not get this page be all orange that is what i did.

I hope you liked this spread and have a great week and see you next Tuesday for week 35!

It´s time to start the Christmas-candy-workshop and I know just what to start with. Butterscotch is by far my favorite and so easy to make. I found the recipe Here, it´s in Swedish so I will do my best to translate it for you.

Ingredients:
100g Butter
3 dl sugar
2 dl cream
1 dl light syrup
1 tps vanilla sugar

Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan (with a thick bottom). When the butter has melted add the other ingredients and stir. Now this is to boil to it´s 122-125°C then poor it in a pan and let cool. Use a knife or succors to cut it up.

I sprinkled some sea salt or it while it was cooling down and it is delicious! I only hope there will be some left for Christmas...

My favorite cupcake is this one, carrot cake! I couldn´t find a recipe so I made my own, hope you give it a try.

Cupcake:                  oven: 175 degrees Celsius 15 min
 dl= deciliter    msk=tbsp    tsk= teaspoon    krm= milliliter
2 egg
2 dl sugar
3 dl  flour
2 tsk vanilla sugar
1,5 tks baking powder
1 msk cinnamon
0,5 tks cardamom
1 krm salt
1 krm ginger
3-4 created carrots
75 g melted butter.

Start with the eggs and sugar that you whisk puffy. All dry ingredients you mix together first before adding them to the egg & sugar. Fold in the dry ingredients and add the butter, the last of it is the carrots. Pour the batter in cupcake pan/ forms.

When the cupcakes has come out of the oven and cooled of it´s time for the frosting!
100 g butter
100 g cream cheese
4 dl powder sugar

Mix It together and frost a way.
If you want a bit more flavor in the frosting, put some lime in it.

I just love carrot cake and if you try this recipe, you will to!

There is some things that we want to be able to do and when we finally take the step that step is a leap. Yes for me that is about making macaroons. I was so scared and when they finally where done I was so pride that my head almost the size of a watermelon.

The recipe is from Leila:
http://www.leila.se/english/recipes/pastries/macaroons/index1,71.htm?id=688

I did this in two flavors. Chocolate and vanilla cream. (the Cream is really yellow, this is because the eggs are organic and the hens are grass fed so the yoke then is really yellow) and a neutral with raspberry cream. But I have to say that the raspberry is a bit better, the berry's where frozen so they get a bit sour. This I think is good so that it breaks of all the sweetness.
