1. watercolor background
2. Pencil in the face
3. Paint the lady with gouache
4. Add details with color pencils.

The other day I looked into my papers and saw these 3 Maggie Holmes papers next to each other and I just had to make a page with them!
I picked my favorit photo from my last print order and some horded embellishments from Felicity Jane. The rest is stickers and papers from different crate paper collections and random bits from my desk. I just love how these odd pages come together!

The first snow is really magical! Here is south west Sweden we usually have it in December or January but this year it came in the first week of November! That my friends are magic!
After that my brother and I had come back inside I just had toscrapbook and what eals then the magic morning? I had so much fun, using the super pretty "Snow & Cocoa" from Crate Paper.
My album is starting to come together and I just love it! This is my first time preping and making "pages" in advance and I really like it. I makes it allot easier to see how the album will and to plan out the pocket designs. I'm sure allot will change but for now here is how it looks:
This beautiful calander was made by the super talented Marie Lottermoser and you can print one for your self! I found this that was in the perfect colors! I have used her calenders in all of my December Daily's and just love them!
I love treasure hunting. Going to different second hand shops and flea markets to see if we can find some treasures. Now a treasure for me may be rubbish for you, but that is the charm with it!

These are two of the first stamps I bought when starting scrapbooking. Feeling a bit nostalgic, remembering the the excitement of starting a new hobby I had to do something with these two! The super cute cat-stamp is call "cat o' lantern" by Penny Black 2001 and the "halloween" is from Kortmakaren.
The card itself is really simple, that colored image is punched with a 2" circle, layered on vellum, some die-cuted copper leafs and a embossed sentiment on a dark-blue metallic card base.
To color these oldies I ventured out and tried something new, alcohol markers! I had picked up a few called "Le Plume" and I really liked how it came out! I soon realized that the more colors you have the better look you'll get but with the few I had, I'm really happy!
I'm so happy with how these cards came out and I had a really great time making them! I did a batch of 5 and using this dark blue metallic card base made such an impact. Now I'll have to remember to post them!
A few month ago I made this 12x12 layout, inspired by a previous painting I had made and the paper piecing/ embroidery technique of Elsie. I picked the 6x6 paper pad from the "C'est la Vie" by Pink Paislee, love that line! I love the colors and patterns of that line and they make beautiful houses!
After cuting out the shapes I stitched with matching colors and added a title; Hem Ljuva Hem, or as you might know it; Home Sweet Home.
I framed it with this black frame from Prima Marketing and it now hangs next to my desk so I can see it everyday! That colors are just so sweet and the stitching adds just a bit of texture.
